I have to Appreciate all warm hearted gentalmen and ladies working in this HIFI corp Amanzimtoti Branch, they are helpful, treated me nice with enough patience. Service we received was awesome, will be back in the morning.

Went on to buy a charging cable. No one came to assist. All the staff were busy with their own things. Finally when I did get someone to help, they didnt know what I wanted and came back to me and said they dont stock it. I showed them the item on their website. Whilst I was still speaking to them they excused themselves to help another customer who was buying a TV. They probably did that coz of the commission they were gonna get. I found the item myself, paid for it and on my way out the person in question was outside the store smoking, I told her that I found the item.

This store never answers their phones. Ive tried calling 9 times since they opened and no one bothered to pick up!

Wasted precious petrol going to Hi Fi Corporation as they havent got the goods they advertising. Manager said he would phone me back and he never. 😡

The store is very nice and has everything you looking for. The prices you see on the website and for the store availability online and the one in the store is different!!! And the workers there are nice except for one of them who has a stinky attitude?!!

This is a home ware store, they have good items with good standard from furniture, electronics and other accessories. Their branches are well organised and located in each and every city in the country with good customer services.

Very bad salesman. I called in to query about a product. The salesman who was an Indian gentleman was extremely rude on the fone and even procedeed to cut me off after telling me off very rudely. I then reported it to the manager who didnt do much to try to find out who the actual salesman was nor make much attempt in trying to hold the salesman accountable for his behaviour or get to the bottom of the issue. Very Disappointing experience. I will not recommend anyone using them unless u want ur day spoilt

Place that is sometimes selling unrealible goods. Is it sourcing problem or not. Bit except small items I would rather go for more reputable places. Not all shops in the chain are equal thus choice is yours based on your experience.

The service was terrible, I went in to buy a radio for my son birthday, first of all they had no stock of specials then I asked for the display one they said its sold so I went and double checked and it was on display then they couldnt find the box for it and offered me something that cost more and when I started to insist they found box and the guy gave me attitude when I asked questions regarding the radio. We bought a portable airconditioner online and paid. I phoned to arrange to pick up but they were out of stock. They said they will try and get one from another store and phone me back. A whole day passed now with no call back and being 15:54 during office hours, they dont answer their phone after 13 attempts to phone. Highly dissapointed.

Disgusting service...I visited this branch on Sunday, saw a foot spa advertised for R199 but there was only a display on the shelf and I asked if they had more stock. The assistant disappeared for a while to the back of the store and after waiting about 10-15 minutes we decided to enquire at the tills...only to see the assistant at the door way greeting customers. We approached her and she was shocked that the fellow worker she requested to help us was nowhere to be found. After waiting another few minutes a guy eventually brought the foot spa to us. I then made my way to the till point. The cashier rung up my two items, an iron that was R169 and the foot spa and she totaled them to R469. I then enquired about the prices of the items and the cashier informed me that the foot spa was R299. I then asked her to make sure as I saw it marked for R199 and that was the reason I decided to purchase it. Anyway the cashier sent someone to check and she came back saying there was no price. I went back to double check as I was 200% of what I saw. To my horror the perspex stand was in the exact place I saw it but the price was removed.The reason for my post is that I tried calling the Springfield Park and Toti branches since Monday and cannot get through. I sent and email and received an automated response but to date no one has contacted me. I hate to sound like any other difficult customer but I was made to seem like a liar and the integrity of your company and staff remains questionable. WHY WAS THE PRICE REMOVED???? The fact that you left the holder proved that the staff member allegedly removed the price, yet this was confirmed initially by the assistant helping us.I will not rest until I am contacted.....Makes perfect sens why your branch was so quiet and why your massive Springfield Park branch has downsized. Either you make too much money or you just dont give a damn about Customer Service....

Worst retail service.I required help today with a soundbar.The staff took 10 minutes just to try and put the device on.He was reeking with smell of alcohol.He called another staff to help but we received no assistance for a further 5 minutes.We walked out.Unimpressed with the way this franchise carries out business.
