Unbelievably poor response time if you even get a response! No assistance with internet issues, inexperienced technical team and very blasé attitude when it comes to customer service. Would never recommend using them. 4 months now and I our internet issues have still not been sorted.

Excellent service and very affordable service for WiFi.

Very friendly and professional staff but very poor speeds on their Platinum wireless package. Went for the Platinum package so i could play online games but it is unplayable due to the unstable internet connection. I cannot recommend their wireless packages to gamers, for normal use its fine i suppose...
