I understand it was a busy day on Friday but having to wait more than 20 minutes outside just to put in an order and then having to wait for 10 minutes to get your food did not make sense to me.The 20 minutes waiting to buy was too much for meI left because I did not want to cause a scene. Hope next time I visit the store it will be a pleasant experience.

Probably one of the worst KFCs I have visited. Staff are not really interested, especially if you DONT speak zulu they will talk over you. The store itself is in a poor state, customer side store front I counted 3x non working downlights, and 7x Flickering, two of the menu TV screens were not working so if you walked in and didnt know what you wanted you would be in trouble, as a whole looks poorly maintained and thats from what customers can see so I cant even begin to imagine the back of shop where the food is prepared., if you cant maintain your front, sure as hell you not going to maintain the back. Very bad.

The service one gets there is honestly not up to standard. Had to wait 30 minutes before the waiter even came to ask would we like to order. Then wait another 45 min before anything is brought to the table. Even had to ask another waiter to bring water . Then when our coffee came we added our sugar this big waiter girl came and took sugar from our table to give another table not asking are u done. Then the owner talks about his wimpy with such pride but clearly his staff is not trained properly. The manager was not even to be seen. I dont know if its a trent of wimpy at majuba mall to do this.

2 stars, reason being, there is no one to tell us when our order are ready for collection. On soft drinks, no ice in it.

Food was good. Not greasy or full of oil. Service was good. Staff was polite. Its a busy KFC and looks well managed

Good evening, I purchased a zinger burger this evening for my supper.Worst ever, the chicken was small , the lettuce looked like it was a few days old. It was yellow and limp. So tired of the poor quality of meals here. I had to throw the burger away.

Efficient and helpful

I ordered 20 wings and only received 19.... And 13 of them were _Flat wings... I still havent received a call. Wings were not hot and no salt. Unbelievable.

Its location in the Old Toti beach mall ideal for tourists .you can be guaranteed that the KFC meals will make you right at home.Southern style food. Near beachSorry about previous review it was in error, my family enjoyed the meals here and still do. Due to its beach location we find it easier to travel light to the beach as there are several EATING places there to suit all money spenders.

Worse KFC in Pretoria, they closed 90% of the time workers sitting outside ALL of them eating

Bad service, seems that the manager knows only how to avoid the customer. Doesnt check on his stuff if they been following procedures, and doesnt check on the customer orders if they come in a good order, customer service is not up to standard at all.
