Had a problem with the electrics on my car, called Brendan and he told me to come right over. He had it fixed in a couple of minutes then refused to accept any payment for the job. Top notch service.

Payed in a huge deposit for a custom built jeep to be built by east Coast Buggies and customs and four months down the line informed by the comapny lawyer that the company is closed and will be liquidated.R160000.00 down the drain.Anybody out there with the same problem?

After paying R200 400.00 in full I have received the worst service. The 12 - 20 weeks to finish a build is complete rubbish as per their Sales Contract.They never answer your phone calls nor your emails. They simply dont care about customer service and they are never to be found in the shop. They are always out of office and very difficult to get hold of.I believe they have great financial problems and they use your funds to complete existing builds. They are very eager to help when it comes new inquiries and new customers for a reason, they need the cash. I know cause after paying 60% deposit which was R120 000.00 i havent heard from them in 3 months. And let me tell you after 3 months they still havent done anything towards my builds.My advice would be to pay them in full after your build is complete. I have posted my experience on their Facebook page out of frustration cause it is very disturbing as a client to pay R200k and they never get back to you. After my review on Facebook i got blocked from their Facebook Page. This tells you in a nutshell of how improperly they deal with customer concerns. And i am not the only one, i lady just commented 30 minutes ago on their website when their Jeep will be completed as the Jeep has been with them since March 2015.No doubt they do produce amazing looking builds but dont be deceived.

Brandon knows what hes doing. He can fix anything!!
