Half an hour just to check vehicle in? Well I left after half an hour without even been attended to. On booking vehicle for a service was told be there 7.30. Was there 7.20. 1 lady trying to check everybody in. If thats how your service starts I wasnt going to see how the rest of the service went. Wont see me again

Background to my review. The 18th of December 2017 my family and I went down to Amanzimtoti for a break. About 50km from our destination my 2011 BMW 325i started losing power in high gears. This virtually made it impossible to negotiate the climbing of all the hills towards Durban. We limbed to our destination and realizing it is the festive season, prepared for the worst which could ultimately mean me putting my car on a “flat bed” back to Centurion, Pta. After looking for any dealer or accredited workshop that was firstly open and secondly will assist during the festive season so close to Christmas, I came across ACS Autoworx. I was assisted by the team of Aldone and Tyron. They said that although they were only taking scheduled bookings for services that they will have a look and see what can be done when they have some time in-between their current obligations. I was astonished by their willingness to help and their “Can Do” attitude. I left my car with them and could actually spend time with my family without worrying about car problems. A day before we left, 1 day later, I got a friendly call letting me know my vehicle was fixed and ready for collection. Fearing the final invoice, it is a beamer after all, I was pleasantly surprised with the MORE than reasonable cost for parts and labour.
