If there were less stars, I would most certainly give them less. Graham never gives you a chance to talk and just kills the conversation with his excuses. Never ever phones back or gives you an estimation on what the parts will cost. The receptionist is very disrespectful on the phone and needs to really up her people skills. Been waiting for more than 2 months to get positive feedback. Every time you phone the bike has something else wrong with it. Once it was even started and ran smoothly but picked up a leak. The next day the engine was still in parts ready to be assembled.????? We know things are hectic but really?

Bikes are well priced, still have to twist the owners arm a little more to let me buy one of the older bikes. Cant say I blame him for holding on to them.

Worst service ever. Graham is the most disrespectful rude person i ever come across. I shouldve seen the red flags when the 1st thing he said to me was that they are not crooks. No work will be done without prior consent and approval. After bike was left there for 2 weeks i never once received any feedback from them unless i drove there and asked for an update. I finally just fetched the bike as today when i went to follow up, yet again, Graham went into a fit of anger when i asked the young guy that offered assistance for feedback. So bill in hand and non of the discussed items addressed or resolved. Keep away!

No body answers the phones so why bother With a shop if you cant answer a phone

If I could give less stars then I would... worst place to get help for your motorcycle or scooter. Unfriendly and very arrogant staff. Completely unhelpful and liars, left my motorbike to be checked and serviced and after more than a week it hadnt been touched after they said they did many things to try and fix it. Horrible. Wont ever go back.

Had an awful experience at sd unique wich also was not my first bad expierience there ,i have been dealing with sd unique motor cycles a long time i send all my friends in need of spares there to help , but after today i will not support them ever again ,i phoned shannon at sd unique and asked if he has a clutch that i needed i then told him i will be there at 3 to pick it up ,when i got there ,there were no one at the counter to help only someone form the workshop i then told him what i needed,first he had an excuse that they dont have and there is nobody there to go get one i then said to him shannon said he has stock that i should just bring a sample plate to match it he gave me a price of 450 for a complete clutch basket and as soon as i said that i will come back later he suddenly had a clutch to sell to me ,now the basket he had first of all was complete wich he stripped and only took out 6 friction plates and 5 steeles ,now after having to work on bikes a lot i know how new parts look and how old parts look the friction plates had some marks showing it has run in a motor before but not more than 2000 kms but the steel plates caught my attention as they were in worse condition than mine (in ware ) now i only needed 1 steel plate as mine was burnt but wanted to put a new clutch for safety ,upon asking craig if they can confirm if it is a new clutch as i was not willing to pay R400 for only the clutch plates and no basket he then went off on me that if i dont want the parts i must just leave ,etc not going to go in to detail ,i then left their shop and went to another guy that usually helps me with spares that i need (not going to disclose his details ) he then supplied me with both friction and steel plates brand new in its sealed packaging where i paid only R200 he even went as far to give me advise on what way they must go in ,now for me sd unique is a total rip off it is not the first time that they tried to sell second hand goods to me at almost double the price of a new part PLEASE EVERYBODY DO SOME RESEARCH BEFORE JUST BUYING ANY SPARES FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!
