I am deeply disappointed with the poor/rude service I received this morning (18/10/2021) from one of the petrol attendants namely Michael. I dont understand why he was so rude so early in the morning. Michaels behavior was truly unacceptable even when I escalated the matter to the manager on shift (John) his behavior was that of a person whom was not willing to take accountability for his actions. What had happened was that when I was busy on card machine he just snatched it from my hand and did not even recognize the other petrol attendant who was assisting me at time. furthermore he was not apologetic about his action when I confronted him.

What a poor service, most pumps are close!!!! Workers not friendly at all dont even greet or say thank you. More busy talking to co workers and performing like no ones business. I will definitely not put fuel again at this station!!!!!!!

Service is poor and avoid this place between 05:45 up to 06:30 as it is a nightmare. Staff stop working at 05:55 and meet every morning. They refuse to work or help anyone of the public as they only start working at 6am. This is a perfect recipe for disaster and how to go about losing business in todays economy. The difference between marking it today or not making it in business is 5min of bad attitudes. Same goes for the Wimpy staff with same attitudes. This shows all related issues are as a result of poor and immature management.

Good DayI would like to introduce the new problem with the First National ATM.I was there yesterday afternoon in a gray renault scenic with my company Jacket Anza Motors Cc.I recieved an EWallet that I had to withdraw from the ATM. So I entered all my details as I should and when I had to recieve the money the ATM couldnt give the money to me and I was stuck.So I informed all the peopel behind me so that they dont get stuck withdrawing and not receiving their money.I then phoned the bank and listed the case.I went into the engine and spoke to the cashier and asked them if they can put up a paper stating that the ATM is out of order due to us that cant withdraw the money.They said I must speak to the manager Micheal who is out side...I asked and Micheal was no were to be found.So today I stopped at the garage and there has been nothing done to this problem.I phoned engine and I was told the office staff left who deals with this and I need to phone tomorrow morning at 9h00 or 10h00.I have lost R1000.00 due to this negligence of the service and no one that reports the ATM faults. maybe just check for tampering etc.This will cause a big problem, As it did for me.
