Not only was he given a free frame for his current lenses, he was also given a thorough eye test and sold new frame and lenses at a very reasonable pensioner price. Absolute awesome service. Had an emergency where my daughters contact lense tore while on tour to Worcester. With no hesitation the friendly staff assisted us and provided us with a free set of lenses. They have made a new client today.
