The owner was very friendly and helpful when I phoned to get a place to sleep after a long day on the road...The room was clean and tidy... Bathroom also neat and clean.Thanks to the team for assisting us in our hour of need.

Rooms very clean and bed comfortable. Can do with bedside table or some kind of shelve to atleast put your phone. I understand no eating rule in rooms but its is unrealistic to expect guests to step outside the room everytime you want to take a sip of water.Also very noisy. Corridor between rooms act like a drum. Maybe extra layer of presswood on inside of doors?Also a good idea to take away any cooking facilities as this seems to be a big problem. Constant fighting and arguments about dirty dishes between the caretaker/managers and guests. While youre still trying to sleep.Maybe owner can look into hiring more part-time cleaning staff to do the dishes?It will take a lot of stress of the management and make it a friendlier environment?Will go and stay there again if these problems can be addressed.

Honestly friendly service. They accommodated us so well.It’s a backpackers and there’s rooms as well. It was unfortunately full when we went and we(ladies) didn’t want to sleep in the dorms with guys so they made room for us & they took us in in such short notice.Thank you for your help and for making sure we were good. Everything works out well with good communication. Keep up the good service.

Tenants were too noisy. Not a pleasant smell in the kitchen when we arrived. Received 3 different amounts to pay for 1 night!!

Reasonably priced and spacious. The premises has dorm rooms as well as private rooms. There is a lounge and kitchen, along with a braai area outside.They are centrally located, two streets down from the main road, and close to shops.Definitely a place with booking into for a short stay over.

Upon arrival we parked next to the gate checked out the place the owner came honked his horn because stared yellin saying we blocked the driveway well we all know its illegal to block someone driveway he just wanted to come in easy started swearing very rude and unprofessional yet still paid for one nighy left to go eat came back to get something and there were 5 other people staying there in the room with COVID 19 GOING ON I LEFT AND TOLD WAS TOLD THEY DONT REFUND SO R125 FOR JUST LEAVING MY BAG THERE FOR A HOUR OR 2.. WITH COVID 19 I WONT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE

I had to share a room with farm workers from Zimbabwe if I knew that the situation I wouldnt booked a bagpacker overnight stay there very disappointed experience

Security sucks,your belongings are not safe at all,I had 20000 rand in damages and after2weeks do not have any surveillance videos,it seem like the owner does not care at all,on 13 June there was disclaimers put on the walls so he does not have to take response ability for any losses,my question is why if he is registered,does he not have liability insurance?

It was the worst service we got from a backpacker. We were 7 people and slept in one room but had to be satisfied with other peoples luggage and garments throughout the room. There was not even an effort to erase the floors that were still to be said. The shared areas are extremely dirty. The breeding cement that is supposed to be beige is black and the roof fans are black of which knows what. According to me, this is not the guests fault but they are poorly managed. After complaining, nothing was still done to clean the room or remove other things. I have stayed at several backpackers and have never found such a dirty place. I would definitely not recommend anyone to go there.

Pleasantly surprised. Silence and tranquility were wonderful. Place very clean. Will definitely stay again when I am in Worcester again.

Is very disappointed. The room was not clean at all. Dirty socks were on the floor. There were bags and clothes. The kitchen was dirty and messy. No one would refer to it.
