Reasonable selection of cds and dvds but in store music too loud.

Dear Musica,As a loyal paying customer at your Worcester branch now for more than a year, I have finally said my goodbyes. This, all because the manager at this branch refuse simply to give you a call once he has received your order you have placed with him for dvds/cds. Such a shame hey, I will go out of my way to spread he word of POOR SERVICE DELIVERY/LACK OF SERVICE!!!

Service isnt the best, but the prices are fairly good
