I was not feeling well and made an appointment with Dr Jacobs. I had a sore throat and as a result I had to wait OUTSIDE for an outside consultation. In the cold. My ears started aching even worse due to the cold wind. Waited for more than 30mins in the cold and decided to go to another doctor. This service was poor and will definitely not make use of this doctor again. Expecting ill patients to sit and wait in the cold weather is unacceptable.
