Chicken was delicious. Cant say the same of every KFC Ive visited. Maybe it is the staff who provides a service with love and care. Most KFC staff are not.

Our order was so fresh and tasty . We also noticed that the portions were slightly bigger than what we are served in CT. Service was good

No customer service....unfrienfly staff...sumtimes sumthin missing with order like chips or less chicken

I asked for a milkshake at Worcester kfc. They gave me something else - ice cream mixed with cream, chocolate sauce and a little milk. That was not smooth and liquid enough. It did not classify as a milkshake at all.

We all like KFC!Pair that with the friendly, courteous service you receive at this branch and Bobs your uncle!

I found the chicken not always freshly made and get the idea that some times is been fryed to long or reheated in the fryer or something. They often tend to bombard you with wings and drumsticks. Sorry, but for the same money one can do better elsewhere than wings and drumsticks.

1 star to much for this store, bought food and salad. Decided to have my coleslaw there, when I was almost done eating a dead green fly was laying at the bottom. The manager offered me free chips which I didnt want. Who can eat after that. The manager took my details but never contacted me... Only said sorry. That was it. Im still disgusted in what I found. This took place on Sunday.

We ordered the 15piece bucket. Every single piece was breast pieces..no drumsticks no thighs. The previous time we ordered from here, they had no lettuce.

I phoned KFC at Mountain Mill Mall and asked what time they close and the person said that they close 10:00 pm and when we arrived at KFC they said that they are already closed because they are doing stock counting. We drove 18 km for KFC because we were told that they close 10:00 pm. I am really disappointed, for it was not the first time

Place is clean the outlay of the floor and counter is clean en smartly build but staff needs just needs to be a bit friendley and proffesional they are a bit slacky. Not all of them though but keep in mind you are working with costumers and people from diferent races etc

I dont even want to give this branch 1 star. The service is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. We were ignored flat while other people were allowed in and served. There is a huge sign stating that this branch is open 24/7, but at 22:15 they refused so serve us. This is absolutely pathetic. I eould strongly recommend the McDonalds down the road.

So dissapointed in this Branch!!! So weve ordered a Family Treat 10 pieces with pops, snack Burgers and wings as sides. When we opened up at our destination there were only 1burger, NO Pops, NO Wings!! Unfortunately we couldnt go back. I just never gonna go back there 😠

Worst KFC I have been to so far. Drive through took me 30min, even after the upgrades.Person taking order had wrong order and did not know what she was doing
