Had to return to the shop twice to replace items. Once due to them delivering deformed toilets and a second time die to delivering the wrong tiles. Why pay for delivery if you send the wrong stuff?

I bought some mosiac tiles for my kitchen splashback. Eventually I realised that I had to much tiles. I have bought 5sqm in stead of two. When I phoned the branch they told me I could return the unused items & they will refund me. When I got there today after two weeks, the salesman gave me a refund without any problems. Doing business with this CTM branch was only a pleasure. Well done Worcester CTM!! I will definately be back...
