We have phoned Heidel Eiers numerous times to do a change of ownership for a Wimpy store. The people in the office are very rude and unhelpful. The first time we phoned them the lady said that she is busy and we should call back the following day! After eventually getting hold of someone they said that they would send through the forms. After more than a week of not hearing anything from them we received an e-mail today stating that the rep had failed to notify us that the pack house and distribution centre are closing down. We tried to phone them after the e-mail to try and speak to the person who sent the mail. The person who answered the phone informed us that the person we wanted to speak to had already left and just hung up the phone without even saying goodbye. We tried to phone back again but no one answered the phone. If it is the case that they are closing down, it makes sense with the bad customer service that are giving to their customers! I cannot believe that businesses operate like this in times like these. Thank you very much for the horrible service, we will be taking our business elsewhere!

I received a professional hygienic treatment just on the gate, the security guard did a very good job, he knows his job. Thank you.

Fresh eggs, at a good price. Be aware that you car will get sprayed to stop disease to chickens.

Great staff. Eggs are fresh which is very important to us. Only problem was a cash only policy. Price is great particularly if you buy in bulk.

I love your eggs. Please speak to the security guard at the gate at your farm outside whiteriver. He has been rude to me twice. It does not hurt for a security guard to walk to a customers car to ask how he can help. Actually I think thats one of his duties. He shouted at me and told from about 7 metres from my car telling me I should shout to him what I want. Bad way to start a morning.
