I been to this dentist on the 4 March 2020, the dentist took an xray of my teeth, and promised to send me quote, as i needed to get approval from my medical aid. After some days I phoned on two occasions to enquire about status of quote, I was told dentist is busy and when they get time, they will send me quote. i finally received quote on 13 March as i stated to them that i need copies of my xray as i am going to another dentist. I was very dissipointed about this poor service received and no compassion for the patient.
