The queue was very long and as much as it is the individuals responsibility to observe social distancing, the manager must ensure that the employees are not at risk. Ended up going to nandos which was also packed but the use of sanitizers and social distancing was well implemented.

Why did they remove online ordering, this KFC is too busy for counter order, had to spend 20 minutes of my life waiting for just chicken.

I have gone to this KFC a total of 6 times. Each time I had gone at least 4 hours before their closing time and in 5 of these instances they did not have what I wanted. The only time they were able to provide my order I had to wait for over 30 minutes for a zinger burger and ice cream. When I am in the Pavillion and decide I want KFC, I now drive to another store.

Great service, its best to order online so you dont have to wait in the queue, they are very efficient though

Service is very very poor from the lady that is sanitizing people at the who is not friendly to the tills even when you ask about the product they are selling at the till its like you are an irritation to them worse place to go to

The chicken I bought yesterday wasnt well cooked after one bite I discovered that it wasnt cooked properly there was blood coming out. I checked the other pieces only the drumstick was well cooked. Its not the first time this happened. I called the first time it happened I spoke to their manger Sandile he told me to come back the next day.Im really disappointed KFC. Thats why I never buy KFC from Pavilion anymore.

The worse service I have ever experienced. Store was empty and we were waiting at the till, the cashier was standing with her back to us having a good chat with her colleagues and when we did get her attention she did not even greet us. Please work on your customer service. It will do you well considering its such a huge mall so such large foot traffic.

I went to kfc at pavilion i bought street wise 5 and mash and Gary and it was burnt nd the chips didnt didnt taste nice they were dry and hard i was so disappointed on the food nd i wont go back to that kfc it disappointment

If only there was minus stars!I have been there 3 times and each time thier sevice got worst, and I truly believe they still have room to get worse.Todays tip point, I ordered a small 2 small meals and some pops, went away did my business comeback 45mins later and I still have to wait another 10 mins go figure. Best so far when they gave my burger away that I waited 30mins to I assume a friend that just walked in and the order just got printed out, and yes I had to wait another 15 minutes for the same burger.Truly hate this place

Kak Service ever. The shop was supposed to open at 7 o clock they open at 20 past without even telling me the valid reason... The the lady by the name of Zibuyile or something came to opeb the door a gave me such an attitude as if like i have done something wrong to come to that KFC... I dnt wanna mention how the meat is Jesus m still thinking how am i going to eat that stone...

I bought a tuesday special wings and took it home and ate them and had food poisoning the meat was not cooked and was very oily i suffered for day and half throwing up everything. This is a terrible relfection on the kfc brand but not something new with the brand

Worst service ever they advertised a regular sized drink that comes with a meal but than they give me a small drink and tell me that the small drink comes with the meal.
