Shocking customer service. Took my car in for brake pads, in the process They damaged the hub while skimming discs and burnt out the control module for the auto lights and wipers. Refused to accept liability, or assist further.

Excellent service. Im always given a warm welcome by the highly professional staff. I brought my car in and the outside floor manager assisted me immediately and efficiently. The guy doing the balancing showed me all the issues and he rectified all the problems and the same goes for the wheel alignment. Finally the staff at reception are friendly, warm and professional and display a high degree of work ethic. When I drive off my car always moves smoother and straighter. Keep up the great service guys!!

Very friendly personal excelent service, I was realy impressed. Wish I coud say to the owner hiw excelent is the people that work for him.

My latest visit wasnt the best, it was a blessing in disguise that their car jack was too big for my car as my cars suspension is lowered. My cars camber was off and needed to adjust my tie rod ends so that wheels can turn equally on both sides. Was quoted R800 for that including wheel alignment, which I agreed to, but fortunately their jack was too big. One of the guys there said I should go to Vereeniging Tyres, and I actually got helped, for way less than what Tyre & Tube Hyper quoted me. I think I got quoted that much because they saw I had no idea of what was wrong with my car, and they started speaking Afrikaans so that I couldnt hear what they were saying. So this was indeed one of the worst service I got from them, and I dont think Ill ever set foot there.

Very proficient. By the time I got out there was a staff member welcoming me and arranging a tech to come fetch the wheel for repairs. That while it already looked busy.From arriving to paying, every staff member was helpful and friendly. Fast service and great workmanship.

Took my vehicle in at 10:55 this morning to get a new top shock mount fitted on the right front shock. At 13:25 they advised me that they ordered the wrong shock mounting and had to refit the correct one. At 15:00 ONLY they finished doing what they needed to do. Got home just to find that my front right mag was damaged at all four nut holes by using an impact wrench since a manual wheel spanner cannot do that type of damage. I usually take my vehicle to this specific Tyre & Tube Hyper and never had problems of this sort, however it seems they are dropping the ball with the great quality service they usually give customers. The mags I fitted are brand new, but thanks to them not anymore. Thanks guys 👍🏻

Very dissapointed by Benny. I walked up to the him, and he said hes coming. Waited for +15min and he kept going up and down infornt of me with other people.Wanted to change tyres so I walked up to one of the guys who work in the tyre storage and he was nice enough to show me all the tyres they have and make a detailed comparison. He helped me get myself a quote, got me someone to do the work, kept checking every now and then that everything is in order until I left.Third time having the same experience with Benny now... Definitly my last time here!
