Nice store helpful staff even the owner chips in when things are hectic the other day there was no cash at the tills he organized us a queue for people who wanted cash back and made sure we got our money best service ever

The shop is very clean the workers are very good to us they wear uniforms They foods is very less when you hold Piick n Pay point card

The prices are good ane the staff os friendly

They still need to work on their service but Im happy.

Cashiers are very helpful and friendly, pricing is convenient and you also get to swipe your smart shopper card to earn points that can be converted into cash for buying more groceries.

I was surprised to pay lower price on the groceries I bought and decided to buy more with the change.What a sweet surprise!🥰

Theyll deny you cashback. Was forced to leave cause they didnt have R500 for cashback in their tills apparently.

Was not happy with the fact that I went twice to withdraw my send cash I couldnt because the first time I was told the message has to be in a form of an sms and 2nd time I was told their system is offline. What an inconvenience that was

My greatest experience was to find my favourite product Extra Virgin Olive Oil which was priced at R149 discounted to R95! That was mindblowing! It had been a few years since I was at this store when this was the normal price. It was my favourite store when I lived in the area for a number of years.

The customer service lives here. I went to withdraw a big sum of money from the till as part of my saving crusade. It was very early in the and the shop had just opened. So it was a long shot from my side but to my pleasant surprise. The supervisor advised me to wait a little longer whilst the customers were trickling in with cash. Before I knew it she had gone to get the amount of money from wherever in the shop, just so I do not stand idling in the shop. Big ups to the staff at Pick n Pay Evaton for going over and above their call of duty to please customers

Their products are always fresh from fruits and vegetables to bakery. They make the best fried baby hake. The store is clean and well managed

Service is good and fast with friendly cashiers but the church pictures on the wall are intimidating as a community store that caters for all religions I dont think it is appropriate for having such pictures in store.

Most cashiers r helpful smiling nd greeting us packers at the till.It feels good shopping at Pick n Pay.If no till packer available cahiers do it without any problem.U can c that they are trained on how to treat a customer nd they show that politeness.I love P n Pay but this doesnt make them 100% perfect supermarket.They do have their flaws as well but could at least be tolerated due to their good behaviour.

I had to go outside to fetch my own trolley after I was made to wait at the entrance for 10 minutes for them to bring the trolleys in.Afterwards one of their staff literally ignored me and walked passed when I asked where the bacon was.

This franchise is bit different from the other pick and pay stores, i cant explain why maybe it is the environment. the staff is not as friendly as a staff member of pick n pay would be. they really need to work on their customers satisfaction skills always complaining about knock off time

I wonder if health inspectors ever visit that store. The smell there is horrible. I even asked one of the staff members and they said they couldnt smell anything. Theyre probably used to it now.

I have never seen a local Pick n Pay so professional looking and the staff at Thabong Mall Pick n Pay consist of people who knows their job their service is of top standards
