The system is always off line. Sit for hours and then they announce that the system is down

Will use SASSA Meyerton anytime. Still government environment as every other coverment building. Still stood on queues,But people very friendly, very helpful. The staff was really very efficient. Great experience.

Sassa staff very arrogant, not very willing to assist, and not the most friendly with older people.

Pretty helpful and efficient

Somewhat expected, but hopeless state department /office. Queues are frustratingly long and even slower to progress. Put aside at least one full day to get help on your query and another day to resolve it, if you are lucky. Professionalism and courtesy have no home with the employees, who can be only abrupt at best and totally incompetent at worst. Good luck with your visit!

Just. Get.There. EARLY. With your ID. Drivers license not accepted. If u want ur SASSA grant paid into a commercial bank account then do the necessaries to open that account & take a printout to SASSA together with the SASSA form completed & stamped by the bank. The banks have the SASSA form no need to queue just for a form at SASSA. Good luck

Service was slow but the experience was good

My first experience with SASSA Meyerton was brilliant. I took my grandmother to get her new SASSA card and the security guard Rebecca quickly helped us to the front of the queue where a very friendly Millicent helped us. What an amazing experience. Thank you for treating my grandmother with kindness and respect.

Excellent customer service is delivered at that place

I was standing in the que for 2 hours and it did not move an inch. People were standing outside the building. I had to give up because my back and legs could not hold it.
