Definitely NOT. To start the installer, send one of his workers to do the job and as he walked in and helped himself to our orange tree. Luckily it was our lemon tree. Poor workmanship. The finishing on these gates are exceptionally poor. The gates does not even line up at the top. Installer broke a brick and repaired it very poorly. The agent came to look at the job and blamed the worked and had an argument in front of us and then told me how many problems he has with the worker. The drill holes and other pieces that has been cut out for the locks etc. fit into has not been finished off at all. The installer said he is going to get paint to paint the gate to finish it professionally and only came back 2 months later only to find the paint the factory send were wrong. After another month he came back to finish the job. Today we find that the slam lock, which is really the safety future in case of any emergency does not work on one of the doors anymore. The factory now says the lock is only guaranteed for 6 months. The gate is not even a year old. This was probably one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Not so Incredible !

Had to wait 3 weeks for installation, but once they were here the installation of both aluminuim and security gate were professionally done. All good up to now.

Had multiple security doors and aluminum windows built and installed by Incredible Door.Great service, on time and extremely good quality.
