Very bad.... I was charged for a service which the parts were not changed, instead cleaned and put back therefore damaging other parts. The amount it is costing is ridiculous. I dont think he is accredited as this is done annually. Sitting behind the CURTAIN of MERCEDES IS ABSOLUTELY ABOMINABLE. ALSO REFUSES TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS. I am not a mechanic, but I am no fool either. Before leaving your vehicles in his hands, ask for the necessary paperwork and mark your old parts to make sure you get the right ones back. Thief and not reliable.

I struggled for 4 years to get someone to sort my Ml320cdi gearbix shift. Jannie owner of merc tech did software on my ML and what a pleasure to drive this vehicle now. Also at a cost thats not even half of what if spend previously.This is people that know there job and will highly recommend anyone to take your merc to the specialists.Thanx Jannie and team.Hennie

Horrible, sad that there is no zero rating I could use. 1st experience about 3 years back was great...but oh my, will never refer someone or go there ever again. Merctec nor Jannie ever phones you back... The girls always have to relay the message with a but Jannie will phone you. Fixed my car without my approval on quote... Was still waiting for the phone call. Got my car back and still noisy, needless to say Jannie wasnt in sight when the car was collected and neither when I phoned afterwards to find out about the noise the car is still making. Im sad and frustrated... Shame on you Jannie to rob people like that.
