Lady you got no manners,also one of the rudest persons Ive ever seen thats why the rating is so poor. Think they must send you for anger management but I think it wont work.

As so many people have said, its a pity that zero stars cannot be awarded. We ordered something from the UK. Tracking the parcel showed us that it had arrived at the Arcon Park Post Office on the 27th of May. We phoned and they said that they didnt have the parcel, but took down our details to let us know when it arrived. On Saturday the 12th of June, we popped in, only to be told that the manager was on holiday and that we would need to come back on the Monday. On Monday the 14th of June, we popped in again. We gave the manager the tracking number, only to be told that it was still not there. Yesterday, the 22nd of June, I received a notification in the post to say that the parcel was there (and an SMS to say if we didnt collect before Friday, it would be returned) - stamped by the manager on the 11th of June - BEFORE we popped in and were told the parcel wasnt at Arcon Park Post Office. In other words, the manager stamped the manifest on the 11th of June when he received the parcel. We were there on the 12th and the 14th and were told it wasnt there. This is a small Post Office - its not like they have to sort hundreds of parcels, and even if this was the case, surely looking on the system would have verified that the parcel had arrived and we could have been advised to come back in a day or two when everything had been sorted. The manager almost menacingly told me that if I didnt pay the fees, they were sending the parcel back, even though I never mentioned anything about payment or non-payment. Staff are rude and incompetent.

This place is useless and should be closed . It is always offline dont bother coming there

They might as well close this post office. Always off line. One star rating because zero is not an option. Pathetic!

Poorest service ever, white staff uneducated, rude and sluggish, makes you feel unwelcome and annoying. SAs no longer have Pride in their work, its really a shame ..

Terrible !!!!!!!!!! Woman is the most unfit person I have ever come to tea with! Man thinks its a compliment to be helpful !!! Poor weak weak !!! No self-respect, thats why the service is so pathetic!
