Went to collect chronic meds for my hubby. No Levi was due but was sent to the tills for them to put the meds in a platic bag. What a waste of time for customers and the staff at the tills. Once a new script is due Im changing pharmacies.

I just got the worst experience at mega pharmacy, I needed something for flu using my medical aid and the gentleman who is working in counter 3 now is so rude. He sent me to queue on the tills side for nothing and Im not well.I had no levi

This is one stunning pharmacy. They help you with medicine for your animals as well yourself. Tells you when you should go to the dr or when a product is just what you need. Hours of being open is very patient orientated. Staff is helpful and the pharmacists are willing to guide you through any condition. When they cannot help you, there is a doctor in the building.

Showed away, because we wanted to pay by phone???? The new samsung pay app, you register your card on your phone, you can pay at ANY card machine its not a tap system you simply go into your app, put your pin in or scan by eye then you place your phone over the card machine it accepts and the machine asks for your pin and payment is done, like you would with your card? Its actually very nice, if you are in a run and for some reason forgot your card/wallet at home/or lost. We wanted to make a payment at MEGA PHARMACY VEREENIGING and the ladies were so rude, they kept on saying We dont work with the TAP system the more we tried to explain that its not a tap system, and if we can show them, the more they started shouting at us WE dont work like that MENEER. WE DONT ALLOW THESE TYPE OF THINGS, when we looked again 4 ladies standing around us screaming to rather leave, we felt like criminals, like we tried to scam or trick or make a false payment??? Never have i felt so embarresed, and that just of people thats NOT EDUCATED, we use it everywhere, at checkers, MRP Sports, SPORT SCENE, HOME AFFIARS, at the PETROL GARAGE? Its not 1935 anymore! Get with it! So we went to Dischem and received friendly and educated people!!!
