The most worst service I have ever experienced.

Its now almost 3 weeks that iam waiting for my bed set to be deleverd.and i will not recoment Rochester to any of my friendes

I feel at home.... Service is five star thanks Charles and your team....

They suck, I lay-byd a tv stand there which was 4500 on the stand and a month later they called me to say I bought a wrong stand and that the tv stand I was paying for was 7000, that time I was ready to pay it off and take it home, I then asked for a refund which they said it would take about a week to get back and a month later I still dont have my money back.

I asked for a quote still waiting for a response
