Once there, the service is friendly when you speak to the correct person (which is only one there - the cashier is friendly too). The actual service pertaining to items bought... Not worth anyones time and effort or money. Bought faulty equipment, was called incompetent to buy things when they were asked to have it replaced. Apparently you have to be a pro in the field to buy anything from them. Bought another item that needed replacement, almost received old and new item back after the refund. The employees seem to be either overworked and underpaid, or incompetent overall. Management is extremely rude, not what customer service is supposed to be. Definitely taking my business elsewhere from now on..

Good prices and has most things in stock. BUT...I inquired about a certain camera, the sales reps gave me a price after about a week. When inquiring about stock availability he doesnt come back to me. Have been waiting since July for him. He just doesnt reply.Secondly the lady working at the cashier either mute or extremely rude, she doesnt greet or acknowledge a person at all. When paying with a card she just stares at you like a mummy while she waits for you to guess you must enter your pin.
