I feeling very disappointed in the service of identity, my husband has an account and applied for additional card for me on the 8th May 2021, we waited for the card but nothing. We went back to the shop on 26th June 2021 a reapplication was done, waited for a card still nothing went back to shop again somewhere in July explained my predicament to the salesman who called Head Office to enquire on status of application he was just told that I should wait for the card. The person from Head office did not even ask for identity number or card number to check progress of application. I dont know what the reason is for the delay is. This is poor service.
