Received terrible service from Sam. Staff are incompetent. I left CTM and bought my stuff at Shower and Tile in Vereeniging for a better price and received better service. Will never go to CTM again.

We bought tiles from CTM Vereeniging. By accident they invoiced the wrong colour. They phoned me the next morning and apologised and promised to.order and collect the tiles from one of their branches. 2 days later Mr Sam Khoali the manager personally delivered the tiles at my home at 20:00. That is what I call a man of hos word and good service.

Not happy cause the prices on the display are different from those on the system

Horrible service. The staff is unenthusiastic about helping their potential customers. They could have made a big sale today for 2 full bathrooms. Instead I decided to leave after 5mins of the unenthusiastic service.

Well I traveled from Parys to you and I was told you do not keep Gammazene Granite 30 kg but no luck Top T had some but all sold out.

I have had many dealings with CTM over the years and have only had exceptional service from them both in-store and online. I have received assistance from the call center recently and the lady assisting me was super helpful, effective and very friendly. It is a pleasure doing business with CTM.

No service

Not much to say - tiling shop with a good range and decent pricing. Staff are normally quite knowledgeable and helpful. Collection area is typically a waiting game. No one to explain what their process is but when its your turn to be helped the staff are willing and do all the heavy lifting getting the tiles into your car

Found what i was looking for good service as from entering the store sales staff at front door and in side the store. Good pricing on products i was even offered credit to close the sale well done CTM will return when i need to redo my kitchen. Store clean and everythings nicely merchandise

Management has not impressed me lately... Manager made me wait for 10 Min while she finished her spreadsheet .... Not good...

I was there to collect goods and I waited for about 15min for 1 particular employee who had stored the goods away to go find them and bring them to me then this white lady started shouting and ordering people only to find out that shes not even the supervisor shes just an ordinary employee like those who were currently serving customers. I didnt understand why she had to be loud or order people around it was unnecessary
