Absa seems to be on the downward road of giving empty promises to phone back - even in urgent matters. Matsi you are leting this branch down. This branch usually had a reputation of good and immediate responses with comprehensive support. Whats up guys? Why are you throwing away your reputation and image?!
The staff at this Absa branch are professional and nice. Their work is very efficient. Some even go above and beyond what you came for.
Yesterday, October19, I visited the Riversquare branch of ABSA for matters of which i do not want to go into detail now. The friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of the staff who served me really impresed me. Ms A Brown and Ms A Modise, ABSA can rihtly be proud of staff of your quality. Keep it up!
