Probably the best grocery store in Three Rivers (despite the most recent reviews) in terms of availability of products, competitive pricing, efficiency and cleanliness.The fact that theres free undercover parking, a Capitec branch and Dis-Chem in the same centre just adds to its appeal.

Need to work on theire Customer Service

Worst costumer service. It looks like the under 10 items or less till only counts for certain customers, i was behind a customer that had a BIG trolley full of groceries and the teller politely helped the lady instead of telling her that she is in the wrong line meanwhile the rest if us with 10 or less items had to wait. Then she decides she also wants to withdraw money from the teller aswell. 😠When it was my turn to pay i was not even greeted by the teller.

Not the best place to shop. With weak management & in need of modernization.

Open clean supermarket with a wide selection of groceries to choose from. Has a lift just outside the entrance which makes easy access to under ground parking. I give this a thumbs up !

Would rate 0 stars if i could. Express till states 10 items or less. 2 customers infront of me both more than 10 items. And nothing is said. Keep to your own rules.!!!!!!

My first choice for grocery shopping. Weekly specials are a highlight for all shoppers. Clean store with a great butchery. I would avoid this store during peak hours (12:00 and after 16:00) as there are just too many customers for the tills to handle so there is quite a delay when paying.

Good day we bought bad eggs, and cashier very slowly, never got suffeciennt cash to with draw, not a place to shop at no thanx.

3 Cashiers open and the customers line up. No service. Manager is useless. Send him for training or replace him.

This pic I took on the 25th of April 2018. All I wanted to get is to buy Lotto and with no success and I had to leave. First I went to the managers office to find out if there is a 6th staff member who can assist me as these 5 people failed to assist me. Ive learnt that the manager is one of the 5 people who failed to assist me as she was in a deep conversation with one of her colleagues. When I took this pic the one staff member moved away from the glorified manager (as indicated by the arrows) I left the store without any assistance. No attempt was made to stop me or to offer me any assistance. 5 Staff members behind the money market counter and this is the kind of service (no service) we receive in Three Rivers. This is not the first time my family and I are experiencing bad service at this retail store. Furthermore the Lotto machine is always off, offline or broken. I strongly suggest that Checkers head office spend some time with these staff educating them in customer service. President Hyper is situated in Vanderbijlpark and I would rather make the effort going there as there we NEVER get this bad treatment and customer service. Head office can learn a lot from them.Also look into your liquor store...planning and staffing sucks at this store. Whoever is doing the staffing and the planning re till operators MUST consider the day of the month as well as the time when people come from work. This is normally a crucial time for people to go shop. Especially over a long week end. I was in there the very same time and day and there was only 1 till operator with a line of 12 people waiting to be assist. I had to get someone to open up another till.People you will need to address these issues as this is unacceptable. This was also posted on Checkers FB page.

Has everything you expect from a Checkers. Parking above ground can be problematic, but there is parking in the basement of the building wit 2 lifts to reach Checkers. Can get crowded.
