Very bad experience. Staff dont respond to emails and hide behind vague warranties. We bought a refurbished engine from them on 25 March which was delivered to the service center. The mechanic at the service center had two deaths in the family within the space of three days when he was supposed to start working on the vehicle. Furthermore, his hand was crushed during the time of mourning, meaning that he was booked off for many weeks. The engine was finally placed into the vehicle on 14 May and we found that the engine had been faulty from the get-go. MYM Autoworld are now trying to hide behind a vague 30 day warranty even though the engine was never used. They have no ethics and zero compassion for others. Greed is king at this place. Legal action and intervention from the ombudsman to follow.
