Very efficient staff. Went to get a new battery Willard. The replaced and tested the new battery in less than 20 min but then I was the only customer at that stage. They were recommended to me and I would recommend them too.

They (Johan) quoted me more than R3600 (three thousand six hundred Rand) more for a OneNav A10 radio for my Isuzu D/C than places in JHB. I was quoted R16700 by them!Three suppliers in Jhb can supply, and install at my home in Vanderbijlpark (yes, at my home!) for R12999. One includes a rear view camera for that price.One on-line supplier (Efficient Express) can supply (but not install) for R10999.Seems Car-Hi-Fi Specialists havent heard of on-line shopping yet!Staff very friendly however.

The waiting area can be made more client friendly. The chairs is uncomfortable and it was very hot in there as there is no airconditioning. Management can consider putting vending machines there for cold and hot drinks and snacks or have it available for purchase. I was therein excessof 3 hours. Otherwise the service was good.
