Recieved service after complaining. Sales assistant was on their phone and not helping while other one is busy with another clients. Bad service indeed for monday 10:05 morning.

Was at Goldwagen today , great service very helpfull salesman there friendly environment . The new youngster salesman helped me today and really assited me very well and fast . Keep up the excellent service. Every salesman there knows there vehicles.

Wasted most of the morning looking for a brake light switch meyerton vereeniging 3 rivers no luck ended up here and had the part in stock also R180.00 cheaper than other spares sales who needed to order it for me.

Though you may get what you require at this spares their service needz improvement, salespeople do not show interest of their work to visitors.This is a whites only employee place.

Frienly and speedy service makes Goldwagen a pleasure to do business with. Go and see for yourselfs when you need to buy parts for your vehicle.

Unfortunately they didnt have any spares to service a Ford Figo.

As the owners son of the GoldWagen in vereeniging, this place is the best! I really enjoy visiting from time to time and everybody is doing their job. We sell a lot of vehicle parts for most car manufacturers.

Struggling to get anything from them

While the parts and walk-in experiences are good, attempts to contact Vereeniging & Vanderbijlpark branches telephonically are torturous to say the least. Typically, it takes 4 to 6 attempts and sometimes more before the call is actually answered, with the phone just ringing and ringing and ringing for 2 minutes at a time. Sometimes telephone etiquette is wanting as well.Just saying

I bring a part photo, still you cannot help me you want me to bring life part...and I tried to explain or describe the type of part ... If the part that I need to buy it comes with a bolt, you dont have to tell me with an attitude..... No you dont sell bolts here tone of the voice as well.

Bought a fuel pump May 12 for R4.6k and it was faulty took it back same day, they took it in for inspection told me it will take 2 weeks it is almost a month no one updates me with information Im struggling to get to work every day,I phone them they have nothing concrete till date
