I went for two weeks trying to view a car, the day they let me view it they guy that was showing me said I know the guy they are selling this car to, its in a good condition. The car wasnt even up for auction yet.

Office staff not efficient, it took them an hour to 1.5 hours to release my vehicle compare to other SMDs.

Very sad to see all that damaged motor cars...Staff is very helpful...smd could get s Golf car to transport the assessors to the vehicle for assessment.
