I dont know why not all banks can be as efficient as Capitec. Found that their assistants are very well trained with a quick customer turnover in branch.Maybe a little too eager to get you out of the branch...After a recent visit I was asked to leave after they helped me with one query, stating they cant help me again because the time would be too long spent on one ticket, meaning people will wait too long. But now I have to go get another ticket and get in the back of the line just to be serviced, while I am already being attended to. Doesnt make sense....

This branch the power is off a lot and cant assist clients just get a back up system ..........

Money gets deducted from your account and when you tequire over the phone there is aleays issurs

The queue was fast (done through number calls ), the department selection was super fast (this adds to the short queues ).The lady who helped me was a bit on the quite side (in terms of speech ) but was knowledgeable and very helpful.After going through hell at FNB, Im very impressed with Capitec.(I would like to note that the bank Is hidden behind a large pillar, so it is a bit hard to spot if you are driving buy.)

I have found this branch on numerous occassions pathetic.they call your number and then help someone else. You get told to wait until theyve help others.

Fast and efficient service. Staff are knowledgeable and assist with any problems or queries.

Today your service was poor. Was there to help my sister in a wheelchair see and hear NOT nice but I was told to wait outside. Which felt like by about a banking app not working properly. Anyway our time wasted because after almost an hour and a half she was still not helped.So todays capitec service was poor.
