It is a bigger than ussual store, but I only spend a few minutes there. Every thing seems great.

Some staff members at Game stores Evaton mall r not committed.They r not keen to help if asked to.They just look at u nd forget about u.As we know they wont be the same.There will be those who r happy to assist customers nd ask if u r sorted as a shopper..Its not exciting doing shopping there.

Am not happy with this store I bought a phone in July and the phone was giving me network problem I took it back, am taking it back the third time now and nothing is being done... am not happy with the service...

I went in and looked at leaflets for Black Friday. As I walked a staffmember (Bernedine) asked me is she could fetch me a trolley and off she went and came back with a trolley.

Great place but rcs was offline

It remains sad to witness a large store with huge offerings with many till points, long cues and only two operating tills. Many other staff standing around doing nothing rather manning tills and making the checkout process as pleasant as the shopping process. Please man the tills that are there. Game, Checkers and PEP all have the same problem of understaffed tills. I pay more elsewhere just to avoid Game wasting my supposedly unimportant time.

Every other time at this mall has been good but today we were harrassed by staff trying to sell us Game credit cards. I would think a less aggressive sales approach of demanding my ID number would probably work at bit better.

Been a few times in the last month and I must say that deplorable does not quite explain it well enough.You can never find anyone to assist, and when you do, the staff has no product knowledge whatsoever and exceptionally rude on more than one occasion.During my last visit I witnessed an elderly lady get injured in the store, staff was looking at this while it happened and did nothing. She was unable to stop the bleeding on her arm and staff continued to just stare at her.I eventually took her to clicks pharmacy who was able to assist her with great care.I returned to game to see that the shelf she was at did not have proper finishing and the sharp edges was what cut her.I was waiting 1hour for the manager and decided to leave.This was a pure representation of what prospects lies ahead in this failing country.

No staff assistance. No one even asked if we required help.

Incompitent staff. Advertised a fridge on special. First day of specail, they have no stock. Sales person didnt even know the fridge was on specal. Makro is a much better option and doesnt waste their customers time.
