Its not often that youll find someone who is really interested to listen to what you want. Its also rare to find someone who is able to interprete what you need and take the time to explain how each product works. Americo made me want to buy their products because he was assuraning and very clear in his explanations. This is the go-to place for Lawnmowers and Bush cutters. The customer service that I received from TL Appliances on 18th February 2021 was exceptional. The sales consultant went out of his way to find the correct part for my chain saw.

Worst service ever! Supplies stuff that looks 2nd hand and then tells you they dont take back eletronic goods. Left the good on their counter without a refund. Hope you can sell it again!

I went in store and was helped by a friendly guy at the counter. However I had forgotten that I needed a face shield. I did not want to drive all the way back if I they didnt have stock or where expensive. So I phoned, and a afrikaans lady with the worst attitude basically refused to assist me. I asked a simple request of a price over the phone. She stated at 11:03 that all staff where on lunch and unable to assist. When I said I will have to find someone else closer as I cant turn around if they dont have- she said ok no problem and put the phone down on me.I am a manager at a hire company for small plant/tools and gardening equipment and also do repairs- I was trying TL Lawnmowers out for the first time and will not be returning.Will continue using schollings.

I took my Ryobi self propelled lawnmower to this place because only one wheel is driven and not 2.Returned about 3 times because problem was not resolved.Now the thunderous wheel has completely fallen off AND the height statement has slipped permanently. Must use cable ties to maintain height. Thats after I paid almost R5000 to these people !!!!Look at the photos.Cant imagine that there is a more pathetic place in South Africa except the government. I dont know how their doors can still be open, probably because they are so expensive at the top! Im just telling where I can that people should stay away from them. Bitter disgruntled. Loosen and push this machine down their throats !!! I only use the machine for my lawn at home.
