Quoted verbally one price and dis not say it was excluding VAT. Written quote was plus/minus R1000.00 more and only then I saw the VAT included. Placed order and then there was no stock and another make was offered at even higher price. I cancelled order and placed at another supplier. Not impressed at all with Unicool!
