Perfect security company i ever worked on.....

When I stayed with my brother and his wife in Vanderbijl, they were clients of Rescom. The armed response officers are friendly. I used to be an armed response officer many years ago in Bloemfontein and I know that it is not an easy job. So I really appreciated the friendly people at Rescom. Technical team are quite good.

Their Reaction Staff are highly recommended and are a pleasure to deal with.

Quick and efficient service

We had been paying Rescom for their services for over a year, only to find out our alarms are not even connected to Rescoms control center. They then said they would send their team to fix this. The team never arrived. Have since moved to another company.

I am one unhappy customer. We had our alarm system installed and paid but our Technician (Carlo) never came to show us how the system works. We had an appointment and he never arrived. I phoned Rescom and they said they cant get hold of him but they can send someone out for R400.00 call out fee. Why should we pay more if the technician did not even pitch up for his appointment. They promised they will let him know to come the next day and still no Technician. Eventually another Technician was sent to us and as i understand they have another appointment and said they will come back to assist further, no one pitched again. The alarm went off Saturday evening and no one called us. If this is how the services is, how would they react when there is a real dangerous situation?

Technical team unreliable. We had an appointment for the installation of my alarm. They just did not show up on time. After consulting with the manager he sent another crew who arrived 3 hrs after the initial appointment

Great Customer Service.

So unreliable. Alarm goes off during the night, they call and we say they must send a vehicle. After 20min we call THEM and their response is but the wife called and canceled the vehicle.
