Its the definition of a gym, there are no problems in the gym whatsoever and the service is top notch. It deserves 5 stars. And one other thing thats better is how consistent they are with covid-19 management. Risk free.

Seem to have have lot of materials to use so I cant wait to used them and rate more from experience. Consultants are friendly and have energy.

The gym is good with friendly environment. The only issue i have is time. They dont consider people go to work when planning classes. At least the 8:00 cycling class was bit accommodative.

First of all, the place is clean and neat... weights, bars and gym machines are sanitized almost every minute... I just love Planet Fitness: Just Gym😍

Since they never told me when I was joiningJust know that cancelation fees are around R900, when you freeze your account youll continue paying 50% of the amount you pay on a regular basis, and that you have to give a 4 month notice if you want to cancel and you still continue paying your full amount - information according to the call centre personnel

As an Quadriplegic (in a wheelchair) i had no difficulty from the start everyone helps everyone without second thoughts so if you want too gym i highly advise you to join!!!

Its not congested and the aircon is super cool excellent music while doing work-outs

Very friendly staff and exceptionally clean. However, maintenance of equipment could be better. It is unacceptable that a tap, treadmill or aircon in the group exercise room is out of order for more than a week

Loving the gym. I lost my tag this morning. Letiwe phoned me with a very happy voice to let me know that they went through the gym and found my tag. They are not just a gym they make you feel welcome and motivated.

Its been a while since Ive been here however, the equipment works very well and the place is very clean.Its a modern dry gym where you get to work out with a partner.They have classes. The staff is friendly and the music gets you pumped up.

Supposed to be cheaper than other Planet Fitness Gyms... that was the marketing idea ... however R199 for the first 3 months and therafter it nearly doubles... that was NOT the idea when JustGym started out...

Friendly employees, clean surfaces, clean machines, benches, clean lockers and bathroom.

The male Manager extremely rude and unprofessional towards clients... Wont recommend this planet fitness. Being a planet fitness member for years in pretoria, this was a big disappointment.

Excellent no full all the time you can exercise at your own pace

Very good and clean gym, much more affordable than Virgin Active, much better and cleaner facilities than any of the Slater gyms, and very friendly staff. Only downside is too many students crowding the place.

Reception swiped card of pensioner for more than R3000.00 more than the monthly membership fee. Branch manager Gary failed to resolve issues, then phoned up Terry Scott at the CEOs office, they also failed to reverse money and just told her to wait 14 days! So please do not support this company!!!!!!!
