Sent my printer for service and said it is not printing as it should, gave him pictures of the problem. Got it back and it printed the same... he said if he does the settings another R650 needs to be paid... That is the reason I took it in the first place! (A new bed was also installed and paid for.) Very unfriendly, not professional at all. Has the attitude as if he is doing you a favour...
