They refused to admit to and take responsibility for causing damage to a print while rolling it up upon collection. This was a large and expensive print that I had to get redone somewhere else on my own account. Worst customer service Ive ever recieved from a printing company.

Long time delays in comparison with competitors. Nauseating client engagement and customer service. Not a company Id want to work with. It would be cheaper to drive to Johannesburg and get work printed there, with prompt service and excellent customer engagement.
