I dont have a issue with your covid regulations as per consultant 4, unintroduced to a client, Clinton Likhlehle. Worst experience ever, as he shouts at me with his shield up and his mask off!Customer service, you dont separate a 7 year old from her mothers view in this day and age and in South Africa. I am disgusted in his mannorism as a professional.I would like a formal apology if he can grasp his errors rather than his ego.
Pathetic Service. The host who welcomes clients and issue queuing tickets is arrogant and does not listen to clients requirements thus causing one to que twice to attend to a simple matter.The place is hot, noisy and not a pleasure to go to. I am disappointed in this type of poor service.

I always get very quick service and surprisingly its never busy. Theres nothing that I like more than a bank where I dont have to wait for 10minutes+
Capitec let this company withdraw Debit order R1400 from my account , Which I didnt Authorize any Debit order , then went in bank to Reverse & Stop , it happened again they Withdrew R700 & Again R174
