A month later after my lease ended and I am struggling to get my refund for the deposit I made for water and electricity.They have not responded to my emails, they are now acting in bad faith by informing the landlord to withold my deposit with no valid reason (which is also in breach of the lease agreement that was signed).It is so frustrating, I have resorted to lodging a complaint at the Rental Housing Tribunal since they are in breach of agreement.

Was very impressed by the work ethic of Altaaf and prime property when it came to acquiring suitable tenants for our apartments. Quick and efficient and always going the extra mile to get the job done.

Do not use this company. My tenant paid them rent instead of paying me, the landlord, directly. After asking numerous times for the money they finally paid only after I berated them over the phone. When they did pay me MY money.... They took off R250 as an administration Fee. That is the kind of customer service you can expect from prime property.***update***Prime property just called. She said they would now pay me the R250 and they also asked me to take down this review.
