Great food but terrible service.Waitress was incredibly slow and inattentive but the food is delicious and the portions are massive.If youre having a lazy day this place is great and lots of stuff for kids too but if youre stopping for a quick bite then dont bother.

Not the same atmosphere as the Pretoria branches but the food is great and big portions like we use to from Crawdaddys so always a winner.

The quality of the food is not up to standards and crawdaddys is really going backwards, ths staff was screaming and louder then wat is considered normal if i wanted to go sit and eat at a fast food joint next to a bus stop across a busy train station then i will go again but i will not be recommending crawdaddys if you want n family friendly QUALITY SERVICE restaurant.This place is getting 2 stars from us as the food was just good enough to get you 1 extra star better from a very bad score.Clean up you staff and FIRE you bad management ASAP as poor staff is only your managers falt he can deal with at least that.

Their meals are very good except breakfast... Breakfast is a disgrace. The food is below average and very expensive for no variety.

Hotel@tzaneen was okay but they say free wifi yet give us wrong login details. When the tv is playing at the reception they busy changing channels and it makes the room tv to make funny sounds. Oh bathroom so clean but they use a white head towel as a mat from the shower... the foyer is also not clean n smells a little bit awful. Had my own geyser but the water was only hot for 1minute then cold until I could finish my shower 😒. Booked for 2 but there was 1 glass in the cupboards. Craw daddys was sweet n meals are awesome.

The place is well warm welcoming, so relaxed and the waiters are so good, but the glasses for mill shakes are not appetizing as the milkshakes.

The food is great but it seemed as if certain tables were available depending on your skin colour.

Crawdaddy in Tzaneen is a huge disappointment. Close at 19:00. Waiters not trained. Food is tasty but meat cuts not good quality.

Food is always fresh and delicious. Staff/Waiters are always friendly and Ive never had a problem with the service. Lovely place to have a date night.

1. Waiting time is a problem2. The portion size was a big plus3. But then dont have the ribs very very dry, tasted like biltong, even on the second try4. Steak was not medium rare, a bit over done5. And be careful of the stir fry you might drown in the sauce,6. The chicken wings needs to be undressed from the winter coat of crumbs.But guys give the place a try, nice ambience, maybe you will have a better experience than mine.

This place is a really nice place. I really enjoy coming here. The staff are really friendly and really kind. My parents and I snuck out for dinner after a conference and came for dinner and it was delicious. I really really like your food.
