I phone conversation is very difficult with the lady who answers the phone. She thought it was hilarious when I pointed out that shipping these days should not cost more than the products I am trying to buy and told me I am lying when I told her that the courier company she uses actually have a R99 drop-shipping option. The phone call was a waste of time, I guess I will make traps myself.
