Very good service. Poached eggs were ordered as medium but were well done. Maybe best to order them as soft if you want them medium.

Always a treat! Early mornings are a bit of a rush, by after 11 there is usually not a long wait. Staff always super friendly.

Visited the shop again on 12th and 16th. Extremely disappointed12th: Had to wait due to only one person available to take orders and make coffee. Coffee was not much better than boiled water.16th: There was a spongy substance in the bottom of the cappucino cupM&B in Tzaneen will never see me again

It seems to me that Mugg and Bean has become disproportionately more expensive over the years. Regardless, if you are willing to pay, they usually have well made food and drinks. This one in particular is no different. My most recent order wasnt quite correct, cheese on my bacon and egg sandwich, and the Coffee Over Ice was a bit jarring at first, I assume they use a syrup instead of traditional coffee, but was nice enough.

Nice place to stop for a quick bite, they have a good selection of drinks available and the gourmet pies are amazing! Dont expect too much of the coffee, its not bad but you can get better quality coffee at wimpy if thats what youre looking for (yes I am also surprised).

I met a friend there this afternoon for a quick cup of coffee. Great service as usual.

My rating is being generous - the staff are tired, unfriendly and unmotivated. The coffee order takes far too long to qualify for a mugg & bean OTM - with no explanation or apologies for wasting your time.I have yet to ever see a manager be present, which I am assuming is the reason for the poor lack of service. Today our coffee was so hot we could not hold the cups and the milk had not been frothed sufficiently for a cappuccino. The coffee taste was beyond terrible burnt & oily.

Service is excellent and I love their coffee.
