-10 STARS- Terrible manager!!!. Food of bad quality. Food portions are not to standard. No covid protocol register as at other Spur branches being adhered to. If there was a register there is no need for patrons to write their contact details on a till slip. Must give proof of ownership of your family card? Not adhering to the manager instruction (contacts on your till slip) you not welcome to go back? With pleasure. I feel sorry for the staff working there.

Coldest breakfast ever...even the empty sauce bottles on the table were cold...that was a very cold experience. This is not the first time but everytime I go there for the last couple of years...Learn from Big Bear Spur in Whiteriver....super hot breakfast with super hot service....and super full sauce bottles on the table. I feel for the people off Tzaneen to have to be satisfied with below average service.

Manger quickly sorted us out and we had very good food.Will go back again.

It was good. In general the food is good, had a starter that came in wrong but they fixed it up quick quick.We were there on a Saturday and sitting there for 1 hour there were 5 birthday songs. It is noisy, but on weekdays it is nice and quiet.

When we visited tables we were directed to were filthy. But overall its a good restraunt

The best service ever. Got my food delivered right to my door and it was still hot, even though my cool drinks werent there as soon as I called the driver he immediately made sure that my cool drinks were delivered.. The manager was very understanding when I told him Im vegetarian and also read me out the vegetarian menu. THANK YOU... definitely worth the money👌🏻

We normally never go to these kind of, what we thought were, fast-food places! But it was one of the few things opened on Sunday evening. the food was pretty good and the service was great!

Had brilliant friendly service from the staff at the new Tzaneen Spur. I was also pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food! Last time I ate at spur I preferred the chips that was served over the ribs, but not this time. The meat almost fell off the bone and had a great taste, the chips and onion rings were also prepared well. Spur caters for all types of people ranging from groups of teenagers, families with young children to the elderly! Definitely one of the good restaurants around town. 👍

My family and I had an amazing experience here. The waitress was amazingly nice. Loved the play area that has a watch guard for the kids at all times and the food was exceptional. It also has an outdoor area.

The service to me was poor as we were assisted by a lady who was having more dan five tables to attend to we were a family of ten for a birthday celebration der n we hve to wait for her to attend to other tables when needed service from our table.

On the Main road towards home, the service is pleasant.Always have to stop there coming from Gauteng.

I see myself driving more to this particular Spur because of the view it has. Great service also.

The lady that was serving us forgot our order then we had to reorder and that took an hour for us to get our meals and the kids were impatient.

We had our dinner with cats passing between our legs under the table seeking food and even after I asked the waitress to get rid of it, she didnt bother. And we asked for toothpicks, she brought 1 tookpick! Drive all the way from polokwane for this?! And your plates are also small guys come on.

A great place to go and enjoy a nice meal with family and friends. My daughter enjoyed their play areas. Although it was too busy during our visit I could see the effort put by all the waiters and waitresses into serving and attending to everyone timeously. My daughter & I really enjoyed that they just randomly sang and danced with the kids around the restaurant at some point. Definitely going back.

They put preference to white people we had to wait outside while white are given tables and they found us waiting and when I went to complain the employee told me to go inside and look for the table and take the menuWe waited without a waiter while we are watching them passing around to serve white people

Wings very dried, taste rotten, look refrigerated for a VERY long time. Sauce tasted like old blue cheese with melted mayonnaise. Called the manager to tell him about our experience with the food all he did was to defend himself.

Was offered freshly squeezed Heineken and gladly accepted

Arrived at 17:47 only had my food @ 18:50 after waiting for an hour really terrible the waitress kept on telling me well done takes time 🤔 no one cares about customers . Not happy at all please improve your service.

Excellent staff, great food, dancing, music and awesome food. I hear a great time. Wether its just me and my hubby or with the kids, its always good to be there. Its advisable to book a table before going since its a hit in town and always packed. Thumbs up

Great Spur. Super accommodating to our 3yrs old. Standard the same as other Spurs but I LOVE LOVE LOVE their sweet Potatoes chips. Great addition not available in other Spurs

It was really great, the service was outstanding and the staff super friendly. Everyone had smiles on their faces. I specifically love how they care for the kids and the birthday song😍. Definitely going back

The service was great and the staff friendly. I ordered chicken, ribs with chips and onion rings; everything was good but the ribs tasted a bit off like they had been burnt. Perhaps on the next visit Ill decide to add the last star or take more away depending how well they taste next time

The manager does a good job, hes kind to people and works hard to keep customers happy, but no!! the food is terrible, they cant make onion rings or calamari strips, they dont baste their meat, their chomps are terrible and the food comes cold, then they tell you they are out of stock on source, already went there twice, same experience, not going back there again!!
