The place looks beautiful...but it is not clean..the pools are dirty they have mold and algae 🤢...definitely not worth paying R150 to swim in a dirty pool...on top of that 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ the was no chef , so we had to order food all the way from town and that took a while.....and there is no signal and their Wi-Fi was not working.......the rooms are amazing but they are too expensive

Stayed here for almost two years, amazing service from Gloria and staff. Felt part of a big family

Hope management will find a better way to improve the image of the place. Its falling apart. You can turn things around guys.

Nice place

Tranquil, idyllic, extremely beautiful place. Rooms are fully furnished and functional as is internet. The view is amazing, wonderful as dominates from Agatha to Sekororo valley to Tzaneen and Maegobaskloof. The flowers and trees and the surrounding green are a wonder. The restaurant is on remake so cannot comment on that. The staff is super, friendly, collaborative, careful and prompt.

Service is better but they gave us warmed up breakfast we didnt enjoy it

Excellent service. Gloria the receptionist was of great help. The chefs are really good at what they do. Loved the room service 👌. Just clean the pool next time in summer and have heated pools

The place is a mountainous area . its surrounded by lot things of nature and the is a nice brizz from the mountains.

The staff is unprofessional, bad service, aircons dont work properly, sliding doors dont open, smells horrible, showers and bathrooms are a joke and for some odd reason the staff just open rooms. And very expensive for such bad service.

The place is wow with its nature. The receptionist have good customers service and their workers cooperate with their customers

The rooms are excellent and spacious. The staff friendly and tends to every need you have. The lodge has a perfect view over Tzaneen.

The service, friendlyness definitely deserves a 5 star, but the venue is not so impressive. It is for that reason that my rating is low

Excellent but the aircorn is not enough

I did not appreciate washing with cold water. When you report to the staff they argue with you instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue. I think the staff is quite rude and do not value their guest.

Our stay was plagued with power issues not their fault. But the rooms are nice. The entrance is beautiful but there are areas that need work but They are busy upgrading. Friendly staff!

Very bad service from the host bad attitude towards clients. I was very disappointed that such a nice place failed to deliver on simple agreements. She wouldnt be bothered and couldnt wait for us to leave. Not even once did she take responsibility.

Im simply giving four stars because I believe threres always room for improvement. I took a shotleft to Tzaneen and couldnt have chosen a better place to rest. The service is out of this world. A fully functional restaurant with room service. The landscape is definitely something to write home about. I would recommend it to anyone going in that direction. Be sure to familiarise yourself with Grace the manager. A phenomenal human being. They could do something about having a heated pool though :).

A wow place to be for a get away

Unfriendly staff. Who dont great , dont ask what one prefers to eat. They refused to serve us breakfast the morning we arrived .. only to serve other guest breakfast after us. The rooms are nice and neat. The staff is really unpleasant shame.

Dont opt in for the buffet, they serve basic sunday meals for R210 per plate. Rushing to pack up. Very expensive pricing. Food is not impressive, AT ALL.
