I received excellent service. The lady who helped was extremely accommodating and assisted me efficiently. They are also adhering well to Covid19 regulations
The service were too slow, we waited on the line for 3 hours. If all services could be made online or via atm it would have be very fast. If things like changing otp could be done online it would be very nice.
Terrible service, you need to be reminded that the money in your bank its our money. And we trusted you with it, this thing of putting us on hold for hours when we call its not ON.
Went to collect my UCount Rewards card (which I was told cannot be mailed) and after 55 minutes when I got to the front of the queue was informed that they do not have any UCount Rewards Cards in stock!
Always renovating the branch. Never enough consultants available, no speed of service. Very disappointing
Not enough staff. You cue for a few hours, even to collect a card.😡
Gets 1 star only because I cant select zero. Queues outside that dont move for 35minutes. Gave up at that point.
Poor service, of the 8 counters only 2 consultants are working.
