You literally que for an hour in order to get a ticket and que again. Systems are appalling its always offline this and this is not working. Its really frustrating to come here abs get things done. The consultants are absolutely amazing and doing a good job, but if they had SYSTEMS that were actually working I believe they would be doing excellent jobs and thriving in their workplace.This industry is already frustrating and believe me having systems that work part-time add more frustration and demotivates employees. Do better for your employees. I really hope HQ sees this review and does the right thing
